Current Work Locations
📍 Southern Vermont
📍 Work locations are always moving based on client needs – flexibility is key!
What We Offer:
✅ $22 per hour starting pay for Flaggers
✅ $24 per hour starting pay for Crew Leaders
✅ Mileage reimbursement at $0.18 per mile
✅ Profit Sharing Program – After 2 years or 80% approval from those already on the list, you share in the success you help build

What We Require:
📌 A valid driver’s license – This job demands responsibility and mobility
📌 Reliable transportation – You must be able to get to job sites
📌 Endurance – You’ll need to stand for long hours
📌 Weather toughness – Rain, heat, or cold, the job must be done
